Balmer Agency began in Melbourne in 2014 when businesses were trying to navigate the uncharted social media marketing and digital landscape without much luck. The market was cluttered (and still is!) with cowboys who over-promised and under-delivered, all the while making the process more complicated than it needed to be. We saw an opportunity to offer not only a full-service marketing agency with integrity, but to keep digital marketing, website design and social media services really simple and totally transparent.

We have extensive experience in creating and managing digital marketing strategies for some of Australia’s most successful companies. We partner with you to deliver on your business goals and objectives, making it easier to achieve your marketing KPIs.

About the Founder

Sarah Balmer has been at the helm of creating and implementing strategic digital marketing solutions in Melbourne and around the world for over 20 years. Her experience spans across all facets of marketing and brand including strategy, digital marketing, website development and social media marketing across a broad spectrum of industries; from professional and financial services, to property, construction and real estate, transport and logistics, FMCG and retail – to name just a few.
