The Goal
uTenant is a cutting-edge property matching platform that directly connects industrial real estate landlords and tenants, without the intervention of a real estate agent. Prior to its launch in December 2017, uTenant approached us to not only launch the platform, but also develop and implement a full scale, multi-channel, digital and strategic marketing plan, with the goal of building brand awareness and strategic partnerships for the new business.
The Approach
We deployed a multi-channel marketing campaign including digital assets, downloadable fact sheets, website and digital banners for social pages and email marketing campaigns. We set up company accounts on major social channels and created valuable content in the form of blog articles and LinkedIn Pulse articles. Through email and social media channels, we implemented targeted launch and follow-up campaigns to drive traffic and conversions. We also engaged five strategic partners who promoted uTenant on their channels in exchange for presence on the uTenant site.
The Activities
The Outcome
Since the launch in December 2017, uTenants campaign received impactful results. The database grew over 20% in just two months, with email marketing campaigns receiving a 37.15% Open Rate and 12.7% Click Through rate. Further to these great results, uTenant’s founder, Matt Sampson’s LinkedIn Pulse articles currently reach over 1,000 users and receive over 30+ clicks.
