The Goal
Far East Consortium are Australian property developers who have been contributing to the country’s urban skylines through landmark redevelopments valued at several billion dollars for almost 25 years. After Far East Consortium launched their new website designed by our partner agency Taylor & Grace, they looked to us to ramp up their brand awareness with the goal of increasing interest from both prospect buyers and agent.
The Approach
We were able to entice agents and buyers through a two-pronged approach, one-part thought leadership and one-part lead generation. As is our approach to anything we do, our strategy was informed by data. We looked at FEC’s existing database and identified strategies to attract new leads similar to those FEC were already engaging with, targeting them by role, location and job seniority.

By delivering valuable content through the platforms where FEC’s target market are active alongside targeted LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms, FEC’s social audience increased by 71%, website traffic increased by 144% and their average cost per lead has decreased by 69%. These quick wins lead to continued B2B and B2C activities and tactical projects.
